I Ran Myself to Injury

I have not run this week, therefore I will be fining myself this week. I cannot imagine running 10 km this week or next. So I most likely will be fined again.
My knees and ankles are fucked.
You see, I was supposed to run 3–4 times a week in my plan but I got carried away and ran for 13 mornings straight before I could not take the pains any longer.
Why such pains?
Because my olodo self didn’t know I was to stretch before running.
So I am paying the price. Literally!
